My passion has always been helping people. I’ve spent over 2 decades doing that in my professional life, and as a Realtor, I want to make everyone’s home buying or selling experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Everyone should feel educated and informed throughout the process, and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from with Derrick Monroe Group’s combined 40+ years of real estate experience backing me.  

I take a very down-to-earth approach dealing with people, and love seeing the smiles on my customers faces and knowing they are happy.   I enjoy building relationships and getting to know my clients. Whether someone is looking for a home or selling one, really listening and paying attention to the small details are the first steps in building a personalized plan to meet their unique needs.  

My passion for helping extends into my personal life too. I’m a life-long Scouter, my son and I are members of the Delano Boy Scouts, and I’m actively involved in leadership roles within the troop. 

When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy spending time doing just about anything outdoors. I love camping, canoeing/kayaking, horseback riding and gardening in the warmer months, and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, kids, extended family and pets, and traveling cross-country in our RV, or attending classic car and street rod shows.
